When I first saw Quadruple Tobacco and Triple Oud in the scent profile, I expected a dark, heavy powerhouse. Surprisingly, that's not what this scent delivers at all—and that's exactly what makes it so enjoyable.

Right from application, I get a bright burst of orange peel that immediately grabs my attention. It's fresh, vibrant, and gives the scent a lively opening before gradually stepping back and allowing the green clovers and green notes to take center stage. The tobacco and oud are definitely present, but they work more as a foundation than the stars of the show. They provide depth and structure while letting the greener, fresher elements really shine.

As the scent develops, the green notes remain the most prominent aspect for me, creating a clean, outdoorsy character that feels perfectly suited for spring. Every now and then, the green apples peek through, adding a subtle touch of sweetness. I was also pleasantly surprised to catch hints of that orange peel returning later in the wear, even after it seemed to fade from the opening.

Performance was excellent as well. For a lighter, greener scent profile, I got a solid 6–7 hours of longevity, which I consider fantastic. I only reapplied once, and honestly, that was more because I wanted to experience the scent journey again than because I needed to.

Overall, I'd give Ireland of 1492 a strong 8/10. It's a unique take on a green spring fragrance that balances freshness, depth, and complexity exceptionally well. Unfortunately, it's no longer available directly from Tailored Beard Co, but if you happen to spot a bottle in a BST group, it's absolutely worth checking out. Don't let the tobacco and oud in the profile scare you away—this one is far greener, fresher, and more approachable than you might expect.

Stay rugged, keep growing, and I'll see you next time! 🍏🍊🍀
