"Nectar of the Prick" is one of those scents that completely caught me off guard.
Looking at the scent profile on paper, I honestly expected this one to fizzle out and disappear pretty quickly. Instead, it settled into a quiet sweetness that hung around much longer than I anticipated, and that alone was a pleasant surprise.

Right from the start, you're greeted by a bright, fruity burst of candied prickly pear, green cactus water, and sparkling desert citrus mist. It's sweet, refreshing, and genuinely unique. You don't see prickly pear and cactus water used very often, and they create an opening that's vibrant and inviting. That initial blast does fade fairly quickly, but it transitions smoothly into the pink guava nectar and desert bloom honey.
For me, that's where this scent really shines.
The guava and honey bring a delicious sweetness that carries the scent forward, supported by what feels like an incredibly well-crafted base. The light skin musk is the dominant player here, and it's fantastic. It's soft, clean, and balanced beautifully by the lingering sweetness from the honey, guava, wild berry skin, and desert sugar crystals. The berry and sugar notes feel less like distinct scents and more like subtle accents that enhance the overall sweetness.
As the scent develops, some of the dusty desert air and desert ironwood begin to emerge, adding a dry, woody undertone that gives the profile depth and complexity. It keeps the sweetness from becoming overwhelming and creates a really interesting contrast that makes this scent more than just another fruity blend.
What surprised me most was the longevity. Based on the profile, I expected a lighter scent that would vanish quickly. Instead, I'm comfortably giving this a Medium-Light designation. Even later in the day, I was still catching plenty of what this scent had to offer.
Overall, I'm giving Nectar of the Prick an 8.4/10. This is a lighter scent, but don't mistake that for weakness. It's perfect for the office, close quarters, running errands, or simply relaxing around the house. It may not be the loudest scent in the lineup, but it's packed with character and charm.
Joseph absolutely nailed this profile, and as always, Mix Master Nick brought it to life flawlessly. Well done, gentlemen. Don't sleep on this one.
